Qilu Special Steel Co.,Ltd is the world’s leading supplier of large qualified special steel forgings and custom forgings, processing over 160,000 tons of steel each year. These products are distributed domestically and to more than 18 countries worldwide.It is founded in 1986, covers 450,000 square meters and has a sound technology system of smelting, casting, forging, rough turn and Physico-chemical Detection System Technology. In recognition of Qilu’s product quality, Qilu was one of the main integrated steel manufacturers in China to receive ISO9001:2000 and CCS certification.
The main production facilities are two 30-ton ultra-high-power electric furnaces, one 30-ton LF fining furnace and one 30-ton VD fining furnace, four 1-10 ton electroslag furnaces, three 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, one 8MN fast forging machine, one 16MN fast forging machine and one 45MN (2008 operation) fast forging machine. The test equipments mainly include large direct reading spectrograph made in Switzerland, flaw detector and other equipments.
We mainly manufacture forged round bars of alloy steel with more than 300 grades including structual steel, tool steel, carbon structual steel, carbon steel worker, bearing steel, roll steel, stainless steel, heat-resisting steel, spring steel, hardenability of structual steel, high-speed tool steel, non-standard steel, pinion steel, which are in accordance with AISI, SAE, ASTM, and DIN standards. We can also produce customized round bars of alloy steel according to the particular chemical composition. Our main specification is from dia.80mm to dia.600mm, and the single weight can be more than 10 tons.
